This 1-day training will show you how you can be most helpful to people who are in abusive relationships, whether they are your co-workers or employees you supervise, friends or family, neighbors or acquaintances.
This training outlines management tools, personnel flexibilities, and entitlements that can help victims cope with the situation and stay productive on the job. We will discuss safety plans/resource outlets for Supervisors, Security Officers, Co-workers, Human Resource personnel.
A licensed therapist will teach portions of this class.
Terminal Objective
Given training on domestic violence, upon completion of this course, the learner should be able to identify resources to help him/her to better balance his/her life.
